Pop Shop Zone does not own or operate any of the venues listed on the platform. Our role is to provide a marketplace where vendors and venue owners can interact and make arrangements. The actual contract for a space rental or booking is between the vendor and the venue owner.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Keep your account details secure and confidential.

• Be responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the specific terms set by each venue owner. Pop Shop Zone may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for any refunds unless expressly stated.

6. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior, including misrepresenting yourself, your business, or the venue.

7. Venue Owners’ Obligations

Venue owners listing their spaces on Pop Shop Zone must ensure:

• That the information provided about their venue is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

• That the venue complies with all applicable laws, health, and safety regulations.

• That they have the legal right to rent or lease the venue to vendors.

Venue owners are responsible for setting their own rental policies, including pricing, availability, and terms for cancellations and refunds. Pop Shop Zone is not liable for any disputes that arise between venue owners and vendors regarding space bookings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Pop Shop Zone, including logos, design elements, text, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of Pop Shop Zone or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Pop Shop Zone.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop Shop Zone, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.

• Any actions or agreements between vendors and venue owners.

• Unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
